On 5 December 2022, at approximately 0215 hours local time, the London Fire Brigade responded to an office building in Cricklewood after unidentified suspects threw improvised incendiary devices (IIDs), described as Molotov cocktails and firebombs, at an office that supports families of political prisoners. No further device details have been released. Firefighters extinguished the fire which destroyed a ground-floor bin room and damaged the front door. There were no reported injuries. The investigation is ongoing.

On 30 November 2022, Corning Police Department (CPD) announced the arrest of a male suspect after he attempted to vandalize the Corning Police Station and threw one improvised incendiary device (IID), described as a Molotov cocktail, at a police patrol vehicle and another IID at a parked car, as he led CPD officers on a foot pursuit on Solano Street. No further details about the IIDs have been released, and no injuries or damage was reported.

On 1 December 2022, at approximately 0415 hours local time, Basel-Landschaft police responded after two unidentified suspects used explosives to attack a bank ATM at a shopping center in Fullinsdorf. No further details about the explosives have been released. The explosion destroyed the front of the ATM, but the safe remained intact and no cash was stolen. The incident remains under investigation.

On 28 November 2022, Pembroke Park Police Department officers executed a search warrant at a storage facility in Hallandale Beach and discovered an explosive device and 500,000 rounds of stolen ammunition inside a storage unit. The Broward County Sheriff’s Office Bomb Squad responded to assist and confirmed the existence of an explosive device as well as an “unknown secondary device.” No further device details were provided, and both devices were rendered safe. The investigation is ongoing.
