On 25 March 2023, at approximately 2005 hours local time, Concord Police Department officers and Concord Fire Department crews responded to reports of a suspicious device at the State House in the Capital Plaza area. The New Hampshire State Police Explosive Unit responded to assist and determined the device was “a smoke-style device designed to generate smoke rather than an explosion.” No further device details were provided. Washington: Explosive Devices Used to Attack Residence

On 27 March 2023, media reporting stated that a residence in Auburn has been the target of several explosive-device attacks due to LGBTQ+ pride flags displayed on their fence. The explosives were tossed into the yard, damaging the fence and the yard but no injuries were reported. No further device details have been released.
